Abstract

Rapidly enlarging, hard, immobile tumor, prominent dyspnea, and difficulty swallowing are indicative of anaplastic transformation of differentiated carcinoma. Anaplastic transformation can occur in metastatic lymph nodes and metastatic target organs.
