Radial EUS of the Anus and Rectum

Abstract

Anal and rectal EUS have been shown to be useful imaging modalities in evaluating colorectal, and pelvic disorder due to its high resolution [1–4]. EUS is indicated for the intra-rectal or extra-rectal (within about 3–4 cm from the rectum) lesion (Table 6.1).
