Abstract
Laparoscopic total gastrectomy encompasses virtually all the possible steps in gastric cancer surgery. We describe our surgical techniques for mobilization of the upper stomach; dissection of lymph node stations 2 (left cardial), 4sa (along the short gastric vessels), 11p and 11d (along the proximal and distal splenic artery); and splenectomy.
