Abstract

This study is characterized not only by a measure for improving corrosion prevention through improvement of plating method but also by a new machining process devised to reduce the production process and the running cost. The core technology is applied to improving grinding method. It adopts sealing technique that crushes the opening of cracks to subsequently achieve remarkable improvement of Q, C and D.
