Abstract

The concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide is increasing and becoming a major problem. After the Kyoto protocol, afforestation is gaining support as one of the best solutions to solve this problem. Creating forest resources which are valuable for industry is an important factor to sustain afforestation and to maintain healthy forests. The recycling of forest resources will become possible only by realizing this.
