Zusammenfassung
Einer Reihe von Nicht-Analgetika kommt in der Behandlung akuter, intermittierender und chronischer Schmerzsyndrome eine erhebliche Bedeutung zu. Bei manchen Schmerzformen sind sie Medikamente der ersten Wahl (etwa Antikonvulsiva bei Tic douloureux), auch als Adjuvanzien (z. B. bestimmte Antidepressiva) bei komplexen chronischen Schmerzzuständen.
