Polyneuropathien sind generalisierte Erkrankungen des peripheren Nervensystems mit sensiblen, motorischen und vegetativen Ausfällen. Die Erkrankung kann die Myelinscheiden, die Nervenaxone und die Vasa nervorum befallen.
