Zunächst werden nun die Entwicklungen in der Heimversorgung aufgezeigt, um dann die Bedingungen zu erläutern, die in einem psychiatrischen Wohnheim als gegeben betrachtet werden können. Im weiteren Verlauf dieser Arbeit sind mit professionellen MitarbeiterInnen vorwiegend SozialarbeiterInnen gemeint.
