Zusammenfassung

Die Bestandsaufnahme dient der Stichprobenbeschreibung der Beschuldigten. Dabei wurden alle wegen einer Sexualstraftat beschuldigten Personen erfaßt, die die eingangs dargestellten Kriterien erfüllten und zwar unabhängig davon, ob eine psychiatrische bzw. psychologische Begutachtung stattgefunden hatte.
