Ohne Vertrauen kann man nicht führen. Vertrauen ist die Basis, um außergewöhnliche Dinge zu realisieren. Ist das Vertrauen zwischen Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern gering, tendieren Menschen dazu Ideen und Gefühle zu ignorieren, zu verschleiern und zu verzerren. Aus diesem Grunde darf es nicht verwundern, dass Vertrauen immer mehr als Wettbewerbsfaktor angesehen wird.
