This study’s objective was to explore linkages between financial consultants’ commitment behaviors with organizational outcomes. This research attempted to show that not only customers’, but also consultants’ perspectives can provide meaningful insights for understanding PSFs performance, and that it is, indeed, researchable. Methodologically, this research showed that laddering interviewing techniques and means-end chain analysis are useful methods for exploring commitment behaviors, outcomes, and linkages thereof.
