In diesem Kapitel sollen die Ergebnisse der vorliegenden Arbeit abschließend beurteilt werden. Dazu soll zunächst in Abschnitt 6.1. der theoretische Forschungsbeitrag der Arbeit dargelegt werden. Darauf folgend sollen in Abschnitt 6.2. Implikationen der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse für die unternehmerische Praxis aufgezeigt werden. Zuletzt wird in Abschnitt 6.3. auf Restriktionen der Arbeit und auf mögliche Ansatzpunkte für die weitere Forschung hingewiesen.
