Jede Bewegung hat seine Gegenbewegung. Dies bestätigt sich offensichtlich auch in den konvergierenden Märkten von Telekommunikation, Medien, IT und Unterhaltungselektronik. Die Konvergenz der Märkte führt auch dort zu einer Gegenbewegung, der Divergenz von Geschäftsmodellen, Angeboten, Zielgruppen1 und nun auch zur Divergenz der Management-Paradigmen.
