Abstract
In this chapter we elucidate the methodological approach applied in our study. As an initial point, we present theResearch Orientation underlying our study in order to clarify the philosophical and methodological foundations our study builds upon. Thereafter, we outline within section Research Design our guidelines and principles for data collection and analysis. In the next section Questionnaire Development, we describe the setting of the study's questionnaire by presenting the means to measure main constructs as well as its pre-testing and adaptation. The following sectionSurvey Implementation presents how the survey was implemented, while the final sectionData Analysis provides us with an overview of the statistical methods applied to test our hypothesis and the reliability and validity of our constructs.
