Zur Abbildung des Führungsverhalten wurden in dieser Untersuchung im Sinne der Triangulation drei Instrumente eingesetzt: Neben dem umfassenden Fragebogen und den Interviews kam das Vroom/Yetton Modell (1973) 24 zum Einsatz. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden wir auf Basis der Ergebnisse im Rahmen des Vroom/Yetton Modells insbesondere analysieren, was geschieht, wenn Führungskräfte ihre eigene Kultur verlassen und im Kontext einer anderen Kultur ihren Einsatz finden. Die Ergebnisse zeigen eine Tendenz sich den Verhaltensweisen der anderen Kultur (über-)anzupassen und dabei angestammte Tugenden zu „vergessen“. In der Folge werden wir versuchen, diese Ergebnisse lerntheoretisch zu deuten.
