Abstract

Dynamic competition, increasing cost pressures and growing customer require- ments force enterprises to make constant adjustments — to their IT as well. The technical possibilities here are infinite — however, which IT investments make sense when de- pends on the specific market and competitive environment and the strategic goals of the company.
