Vertrauensmanagement in Unternehmen: Grundlagen und Fallbeispiele

Zusammenfassung

Das Vertrauensverhältnis zwischen Management und Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern steht auf dem Prüfstand: Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen bei gleichzeitigen Unternehmensskandalen und Lohnexzessen des Managements haben zu Verunsicherung und deutlichem Vertrauensverlust in das Management geführt. Wer selber die Regeln bricht, kann weder Vertrauen noch vertrauenswürdiges Verhalten von den Mitarbeitern einfordern. Dabei sind Vertrauen und vertrauenswürdiges Verhalten in einer Wissensgesellschaft besonders wichtig. Wissensarbeit ist auf Vertrauen angewiesen, denn Kreativität und Wissensteilung lassen sich kaum anordnen und schwer kontrollieren.
