Die Vielfalt der Beiträge - auch zu diesem Band - spiegelt zweifellos die Vielschichtigkeit und den hohen Anspruch wider, den die Kundenorientierung an die Untemehmensführung stellt. Einerseits verlangt das Konzept von jedem einzelnen, dass er sich entsprechend seiner funktionalen und hierarchischen Position persönlich in die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Kunden einbringt, andererseits fordert es ein interdisziplinäres Vorgehen, das indivi-duelle zu kollektiven Potenzialen abnehmerbezogen zusammenführt.
