Zusammenfassung
This case study is aimed at enabling the participants understand the correlation between organization’s vision and strategy and the operative projects that are initiated in the organization to realize the strategy. While working through the case, the participants will be able to envision and have a first hand experience of the decision making process in a large business organization where large number of projects compete for limited resources – time, money, man power.
