Zusammenfassung
Das Lernziel von Kapitel E besteht darin, die Bedeutung des Controllings im Supply Chain Management aufzuzeigen. Einerseits wird die Führung durch sein Controlling in festen Intervallen, zum Beispiel im Rahmen von Monatsabschlüssen, mit Informationen versorgt. Andererseits muss das Controllingsystem auch Ad-hoc-Abfragen zulassen. Zur Gewährleistung beider Anforderungen dient die Einbindung von Supply- Chain-Prozessen in ein adäquates Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Kontrollsystem.
