Zusammenfassung
Der Global Sourcing Footprint-Ansatz basiert auf drei Portfolios: Das erste Portfolio fokussiert auf das Produkt, indem Größendegressions-Effekte und Wertdichte der Produktgruppe zueinander in Beziehung gesetzt werden. Das zweite Portfolio beleuchtet die Marktattraktivität in Bezug zur eigenen Konkurrenzposition und beurteilt somit die Kostensensitivität der Produktgruppe. Und das dritte Portfolio berücksichtigt die Kundenbedürfnisse bezüglich Produktverfügbarkeit, woraus man die Durchlaufzeiten ableiten kann. Die Portfolios liefern Beschaffungsmanagern eine Beschaffungs-Landkarte, die durch die Materialgruppenstrategie eingeschränkt wird. Der Einsatz dieser Portfolios bei Beschaffungsentscheidungen wird am Fallbeispiel Hilti aufgezeigt. Die Portfolios helfen, Kosten zu senken, ohne die Kundenzufriedenheit zu schmälern.
