The Interface of CR, Leadership, and Organisational Culture
This chapter is structured into three sections. First, I clarify the link between CR and leadership research. Second, I focus on leadership context and formal systems as enabler for CR. Third, I present the Generic Leadership Systems framework as overarching framework for the reminder of this work.
