Abstract

In chapter four of the present study, two research models and the associated hypotheses have been presented. The first research model deals with the performance effects of exploitation, exploration and ambidexterity. The second research model examines the organizational antecedents of ambidexterity. According to this distinction, the presentation of the results is differentiated in those related to the performance research model and those of the antecedents research model.
