Forming the conceptual framework into a research model
After having reviewed the relevant research literature from several disciplines in Chapter 2 and after the explorative research phase as described in Chapter 3, this chapter intends to synergize those two areas. As is true throughout this dissertation project, the suggested research model claims to be valid for all Connected Services rendered to consumers, with a special denotation to the automotive environment.
