Im Rahmen des achten Kapitels sollen die Ergebnisse der vorliegenden Arbeit abschließend diskutiert werden. Zunächst werden die Ergebnisse hinsichtlich der formulierten Forschungsfragen deskriptiv zusammengefasst (Kapitel 8.1). Danach werden in Kapitel 8.2 die Implikationen für die Forschung abgeleitet, bevor die Implikationen für die unternehmerische Praxis beschrieben werden (Kapitel 8.3).
