Der operative Bereich eines Krankenhauses ist eine zentrale Organisationseinheit. Gerade in Zeiten der DRG-Finanzierung, wo die Leistungserbringung innerhalb definierter Zeiten und messbarer Kosten die Voraussetzung für wirtschaftlichen Erfolg darstellt, gewinnt der reibungslose Ablauf innerhalb des OP-Bereiches eine überragende Bedeutung.
