Abstrakt

Geschäftsmodellinnovationen haben für Unternehmen eine wachsende Bedeutung, wenn Wettbewerbsvorteile erhalten oder ausgebaut werden sollen. Im vorliegenden Kapitel erfolgt zuerst eine theoretische Einordnung des Themas. Im Rahmen des entwickelten Gesamtkonzeptes zum Management von Geschäftsmodellinnovationen spielen insbesondere externe, historische, strategische und individuelle Determinanten eine wichtige Rolle. Das Kapitel schließt mit einer Zusammenfassung und einem Überblick zu den wichtigsten Literaturquellen.
