Empirical Study and Findings
In this chapter the results of the four case studies are presented. By focusing on the evaluation of the propositions developed in section 5.2 – i.e. the link between an MNC’s strategic orientation and its intersubsidiary relationships – the investigation of the second research question is completed. The case studies are further used to extract additional influencing factors and to address the third research question (recall from section 1.4):
