Fallstudien zum Internationalen Management

Abstract

The Middle East based telecommunications company “Sahara Mobile” and its advisors consider bidding for a 29 % stake in the North African telecommunications company “MuxiCom” as one of the investment opportunities that Sahara Mobile is assessing in the scope of its international expansion strategy. MuxiCom is a former state owned fixed and mobile telecommunications network operator which provides various telecommunication services to residential and business customers in its country of origin. Your employer, Solid Consulting, was selected to support Sahara Mobile in the evaluation of the option of bidding for the MuxiCom stake which is to be sold. The board of directors of Sahara Mobile expects the Solid Consulting team to highlight the main results of its evaluation studies in a presentation of 20 minutes.
