Es ist unabdingbar, dass sich Investitionen in das HC in welcher Form und auf welcher Stufe auch immer auf die Strategie des Unternehmens oder Geschäftsbereichs ausrichten und dank dieser Ausrichtung entscheidend mithelfen, dass die Unternehmensstrategie effizient umgesetzt wird. Die Frage ist nur, was diese Ausrichtung genau enthält und wie man sie zum Tragen bringt.
