Zusammenfassung
Social Media durchlebt derzeit einen ungeahnten Hype. Keine Marketing-Fachkonferenz, keine Agenturpräsentation, keine Marketingvorlesung, kein marketingrelevantes Fachblatt und keine Diskussion unter Praktikern kommt heutzutage noch ohne die vielfältigen Aspekte von Social Media aus. Dabei reicht das Meinungsspektrum von den schon sprichwörtlichen „Klowänden des Internets“ (Jean-Remy von Matt über Weblogs) bis hin zu Totengesängen auf das klassische Massen-Marketing.
