Anschließend an Abschnitt 4.3.1 erfolgt nun die Darstellung der Anforderungen des Programmmanagements an das Programmcontrolling. Die Kontrollobjekte des Programmcontrollings auf oberster Ebene als auch die dazu bestehenden Anforderungen wurden durch den Verfasser vorbereitet und in einem Interview mit dem Programmmanager verifiziert und bestätigt.
