Zusammenfassung
In der letzten Projektphase ist eine Kontrolle durchzuführen. Diese erfüllt einen doppelten Zweck: Zum einen soll sichergestellt werden, dass die beschlossenen Maßnahmen auch tatsächlich umgesetzt werden (Maßnahmenkontrolle). Zum anderen ist zu evaluieren, ob die Maßnahmen die gewünschten Veränderungen bewirkt haben (Erfolgskontrolle).
