Zusammenfassung
Ein hoher Grad innerer Kündigung (Umfrage Gallup-Institut 2000) und somit mangelnde Motivation und Innovation in einzelnen Betrieben, Branchen oder einer ganzen Volkswirtschaft hängt unserer Meinung nach eng damit zusammen, dass die Mitarbeiterführung häufig suboptimal ist, die vorherrschenden Organisationskulturen den Handlungsspielraum sowie die Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten der Mitarbeiter stark einschränken und sich alle Akteure auf das Negative konzentrieren. Um die Mitarbeiter jedoch dauerhaft zu hervorragenden Leistungen zu motivieren, ist eine andere Herangehensweise notwendig: das positive Management.
