Zusammenfassung
Verbunden mit Schlagworten wie Globalisierung, Zeitfalle, Variantenvielfalt und vielen anderen mehr wird insbesondere in der Automobilindustrie seit Jahren intensiv die Problematik anpassungsfähiger, agiler Produktionsstrukturen und Prozesse in einer komplexen unsicheren Umwelt diskutiert. Ganz allgemein kann unter Agilität dabei der Anspruch an das Leistungssystem verstanden werden, sich an dynamische Umweltbedingungen effektiv anzupassen, um entsprechende negative Wirkungen vermeiden und sich anhaltend in einer günstigen Wettbewerbsposition positionieren zu können.
