Zusammenfassung
Die Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) ist interdisziplinär und speist sich aus solch unterschiedlichen Disziplinen wie Mathematik, Recht, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Psychologie etc. So wundert es nicht, dass auch Teilelemente der BWL wie das Personalmanagement aus unterschiedlichen Fächern zusammengesetzt sind. Das gilt sowohl für die Hard Facts, also die professionellen Methoden, als auch für die Soft Facts, also soziale Komponenten.
