To answer the research questions, the study builds on extant knowledge in the area of creativity and decision-making. First, measuring the quality of submissions is described and dissected according to its sub-dimensions in order to construct a common understanding of “quality” for the purpose of this study. Secondly, current knowledge on intuitive decision-making is presented as a theoretical foundation to explore the potential value of holistic evaluations and comments.
