The Structure of the Thesis
This dissertation follows a research path that can be best described as a step-by-step process in order to achieve its goal, i.e., understanding the dynamics of value creation in different product–service combinations. It is structured into six parts. Each part is broken down into chapters. The chapters are further split into sections and subsections.
