Abstract

This dissertation has focused on deciphering the value creation dynamics in the context of hybrid value creation. Based on the results of the three empirical studies, this chapter helps managers gain a better understanding of how they can be successful in creating value through product–service combinations. To achieve this, in the first step, managerial implications are developed around the following two questions:

  1. 1.

What is my product–service offering all about?

  2. 2.

How and where is value created in my product-service offerings?
