In this chapter, the results of the analysis and iterative comparison of the interview data is presented. In total six critical aspects that influence the design of embedded products are identified. These critical aspects either focused on strategic decisions firms need to take while designing embedded products or associated with decisions that were connected to the customer service/interaction.
