Zusammenfassung
Die Mitarbeiterkommunikation erfüllt wichtige Funktionen im Unternehmen, denn ihre Ziele wie Arbeitsmotivation und Commitment üben einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf den Unternehmenswert aus. Um die Mitarbeiterkommunikation erfolgreich zu managen, bedarf es einer regelmäßigen Überprüfung des Zielerreichungsgrades. Im Beitrag werden neben den Zielen auch die Wirkungsstufen der Mitarbeiterkommunikation aufgezeigt. Die Darstellung verschiedener Ansätze und Methoden zur Messung des Kommunikationserfolges der Mitarbeiterkommunikation liefert konkrete Hinweise für deren Anwendung.
