Zusammenfassung
Als intentionale Kommunikation verfolgt die Werbung definierte Ziele. Unter der Messung von Werbeeffizienz versteht man die systematische Prüfung dieser geplanten Werbeziele. Um erheben zu können auf welcher Ebene und in welchem Maße eine Veränderung feststellbar ist, werden unterschiedliche Methoden der Werbewirkungsforschung eingesetzt. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über qualitative und quantitative Verfahren der Wirkungsmessung. Methodik und Umsetzung werden dabei ebenso diskutiert wie die Vor- und Nachteile der einzelnen Messverfahren.
