Zusammenfassung
Was haben Schuhverkäufer und Krankenschwestern gemeinsam? Was können Altenpfleger und Buchhändler voneinander lernen? Geht man diesen Fragen nach, ergeben sich interessante Perspektiven: Buchhändler und Schuhverkäufer lassen sich dem Einzelhandel zuordnen, das heißt, sie führen Verkaufsgespräche und beraten Kunden. Altenpfleger und Krankenschwestern sind dem Pflegesektor zugeordnet, das heißt sie versorgen und beraten Patienten. Bei beiden Branchen steht jedoch der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Er wird beraten, wird versorgt und er kauft ein – als Kunde oder als Patient (im Folgenden wird der Begriff „Klient“ verwendet, wenn von beiden Berufsgruppen gesprochen wird). Das Verhältnis, in dem Klienten und Dienstleistungsarbeiter stehen, wird als Dienstleistungsbeziehung bezeichnet. Dienstleistungen zeichnen sich im Allgemeinen durch das Zusammenspiel von Dienstleistungsunternehmen, Dienstleistungsmitarbeitern und Klienten aus (vgl. Nerdinger 1994) [22]. Insbesondere der Kontakt zwischen Dienstleistungsarbeitern und Klienten, also die Dienstleistungsinteraktion, ist mitentscheidend dafür, ob der Klient zufrieden mit der Dienstleistungsqualität ist, ob er dem Dienstleistungsunternehmen vertraut und ob er solch eine Dienstleistung erneut in Anspruch nehmen würde (vgl. Scherp 2009) [29]. Diese Thematik steht auch im Mittelpunkt des BMBF-, ESF- und EU–geförderten Verbundprojektes „Berufe im Schatten“. Mit dem folgenden Bericht wird ein Einblick in die Projektergebnisse einer Untersuchung an Auszubildenden im Einzelhandel und in der Pflege gegeben.
