Zusammenfassung
Point-of-Sale-Marketing (PoS-Marketing) umfasst den Einsatz aller informations- und kommunikationsbezogenen Marketinginstrumente in den Verkaufsstellen des Einzelhandels. Dies sind u. a. die Gestaltung des Ladenlayouts, die Raumzuteilung, die Warenpräsentation sowie die Gestaltung von Ladenatmosphäre und -umfeld. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden die Ziele des PoS-Marketing aus der Perspektive von Handel, Konsument und Industrie diskutiert und anschließend die einzelnen Instrumente ausführlich erklärt. Dabei wird auch auf die Wirkung der PoS-Marketinginstrumente auf den Konsumenten eingegangen sowie auf den Zusammenhang von PoS-Marketing mit anderen Handelsmarketinginstrumenten.
