Das Einzel-Assessment Center (EAC) ist eine AC-Form mit einem Teilnehmer und in der Regel ein bis zwei Sparring-Partnern. Das EAC läuft üblicherweise über einen Arbeitstag, der neben Interviews mit fünf bis acht Managementsimulationen ausgefüllt ist.
