Zusammenfassung
In fünf Fallstudien haben wir die Einführung und Anwendung von, zumindest potentiell, reflexiven Managementinstrumenten mit der Fragestellung untersucht, wie diese Instrumente zur Innovationsfähigkeit der jeweiligen Organisationen beitragen. Wir haben deren Verwendung vor jeweils fallspezifischen Hintergründen und im Kontext organisationaler Innovationsprozesse beschrieben und analysiert.
