Abstract
In Part One of this study, I developed a theoretical framework which shows how multinational organizations can develop and implement an effective ethics and compliance program based on the 2004 Amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. In Part Two, the research process will be substantiated and explained. A thorough description and disclosure of the research process is necessary in order to demonstrate the plausibility and inter-subjective comprehensibility of the methods applied. Revealing the research process – its chronology, choice of methods, etc. – is crucial to making it plausible and understandable to others.
