Abstract

The completion stage is a significant phase in the course of a project. After months, sometimes even years, of construction work, the building, which was originally developed on paper, finally appears in its true dimensions. The client, who relied on the architect’s competence to transform the contents of the brief, is now able to experience the completed building. The contractor, who took possession of the site to perform the work, hands it back to the client.
