We present a concise, closed-form system model that allows network performance evaluation for a given snapshot in short time. The novel interference-coupling complementarity systems are of compact dimension and have a built-in notion of soft capacity and load control. With the new models and methods, we can evaluate all relevant indicators of network performance for a given snapshot at low computational cost.
