Abstract
The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) world is currently experiencing disruptive changes. “Webcos” like Google are making more and more money with Internet-based services thereby degrading Telcos to “bit pipes”. In addition, Webcos are increasingly pushing into traditional Telco businesses.
